Currently we are a wholly owned private corporation. We know this Company will grow. It is just a matter of how fast. In an effort to keep it simple, we desire to borrow money from private investors and avoid any public offering costs and/or IPO upfront costs and the public scrutiny that eventually could add another 5-15% to the cost of operations. This is not intended to be a stock offering.

We have a program which enhances lender return on investment based on performance of the Company and length of time monies are invested. This will avoid many outside legal and SEC filing fees.

If you invest and the Company ever does go public, you will be the first to be contacted.
